Reebok Leadership Program (LEAD) - January 2015 - January of 2017, The LEAD program is for high potential leaders expected to grow 2+ positions within their careers. I graduated the program in January of 2016 after successfully exploring and developing my leadership style to be effective as a leader of business, process, and people. I was one of only two Reebok Store Managers to take part in the LEAD program. This involved multiple meetings to discuss a strategy to increase the internal promotion rate of the company. I presented a solution themed Invest, Improve, and Inspire to the head of the Adidas Group, President, Head of Human Resources, and the Head of Retail North America. The project was approved and went into effect January 1, 2016.
