Help customers to with any questions they have on their projects and get them with the best equipment to successfully complete the job.

Get customers loaded up and go over the proper use of the equipment.

Help with logistics on deliveries and pick-ups

Provide assistance with outside rentals when other employees on out of the office.

Deliver heavy equipment to customers.

Give customers an overview on the equipment and answer any questions they may have.

During times of no delivers I assist with other areas around the store ie; in the yard, or helping the mechanics in the shop.

Assist route drivers as need.

Merchandise the product throughout the store according to schematic layout.

Fill in on extra routes or when other drivers are off of work

I work closely with the Country Club's Superintendent as well as the Board of Directors to ensure the highest quality standards are met for the course. I am solely responsible to maintain all grounds equipment and exceed quality standards from all of our brands, which include John Deere, Toro, and Kubota.

Daily preventative maintenance on all grounds equipment, including but not limited to sand-pros, fairway and rough mowers, mid-size tractors, and golf carts.
Continuing education completed yearly from our manufactures as well as the annual Turf Equipment Technicians Association of The Carolinas' (ACETATE) conference each fall.
Reel grinding for the Country Club as well as East Tennessee State University's athletic departments, The City of Johnson City's athletic fields, and several Tri-City area high schools.
