I was an excellent insurance customer service representative who dealt with customers from dentaquest, state and masshealth plans. I was able to give them there coverage and benefit details for there dental plans. We had to be able to navigate five systems at a time, by emailing other departments, while having the customers on the line, trouble shooting there log in sites, and getting there incidents from other dentist put down on a report system, as well as proving dental providers with breakdowns,benefits, and coverage plans for the patients.
I worked with credit card details for mission lane, giving customers different credit card limit options, as well as going over there credit lines, and providing credit line increases if we could at the time.
I was able to provide customers with wonderful IT for internet cable and phone experiences.
