Forward Planning Project Manager
1 Year 4 Months- Community Planning PM is responsible for management and oversight of all community start-up activities, coordinating architectural product development and maintenance, and analyzing ongoing community performance through working with divisional leadership across all departments.
- Manage the community start-up process from the point the land exits due diligence until the community opens for sale.
- Community opening workplan, budget, and timeline to meet or exceed underwriting returns.
- Community product catalog development, including architecture and red-line processes. Working with the Head of Community Planning and the division’s Architectural Business Partner to develop new product as needed.
- Collect and maintain community-related information. HOA documentation, Civil Site Maps, Plat Maps, Marketing Materials, Agreements of Sales.
- Model Home creation and oversight. Decorator and merchandising coordination to facilitate model home designs and furnishings, including the build-out of sales offices.

Commercial Project Manager
8 Months- Responsible for all aspects of executing large-scale solar (and battery) projects, from start to finish, for both existing structures and new construction throughout various industries nationwide. Currently 30+ projects/est. $15M.
- Front-facing customer contact for the project, providing weekly updates, maintaining schedules, and all data within
proprietary software system, SunRise. - Manage the design and permitting process. Coordinate with the customer and design team to get all required documents to produce a complete solar plan set. Work with local utility and AHJs to understand submittal processes and ensure permits are awarded and interconnection granted.
- Procure all materials and equipment needed for projects, calculate and track lead times, and ensure budget
alignment. - Locate and award subcontractors according to state and local requirements, creating scopes of work, and requesting bids, finalizing contracting project agreements, and onboarding.
- Once a project is awarded, coordinate with the customer, installation teams, subcontractors, materials, and equipment
deliveries to ensure safe, quality, and complete installations of solar systems. - Post-installation, coordinate all final inspections, interconnection, and commissioning of the system for the customer's use.
Senior Operations Project Manager
2 Years 7 Months- New home construction/solar subject matter expert and main operations point of contact for Builder partners to
launch and establish state-required solar in new, residential single-family and Multifamily communities throughout
California. Managed and provided support to multiple SunPower teams, ensuring daily seamless solar installation
from Design to Permitting, Field Operations, and Sales. - Worked with builder partners to gather and compile relevant construction documents to create community-level
plan sets. Once compiled, managed submittals and revisions to complete the permitting process. - Post-permitting, worked with operations teams to transition communities to lot-level starts.
- Continued to manage all in-flight community escalations regarding product changes, field issues, installation
partner support, and Builder support. - Accolades: Received quarterly “Spotlight Award” twice for outstanding performance; once for the creation of a
new design concept reducing design time by 60%, while improving design compliance within California’s T24
code.
Construction Mananger
7 Months- Sole ownership of 70 ft. lot Luxury home product in the very exclusive Travisso Neighborhood (20+ homes).
Homes are between 3,500–4,500 sq$1M. - Created, implemented, and maintained scheduling utilizing the internal system, Build Pro.
- Ordered placement of materials and manufactured goods proactively and as needed.
- Consistently ensured correct, complete, and quality workmanship with each development.
- Continually educated and updated homeowners on materials, processes, and the status of the construction project.
- Implemented several best practices, resulting in an overall decrease in production time.
Field Manager II
2 Years 9 Months- Lead Field Manager in high-production Preston Village Neighborhood. Responsible for front-to-back completion of multiple/simultaneous residential units, while also running day-to-day operations for the neighborhood (SWPPP, Utilities, Safety, Closing Schedules).
- Managed 2 additional Field Managers assigned in the community through building and closing processes. A total of 4 additional builders worked with me while managing the community.
- Provided weekly updates to Sales and Homeowners on construction progress, updates, and milestones.
