As Rope Access site lead, my main responsibility was to provide a safe and productive work environment for my NDT rope access technicians while providing accurate ultrasonic thickness inspection data to our customer. Assisted LyondellBasell's Senior Inspectors by providing daily UT thickness updates, provide insight on our day to day activities, learning of Ultra Pipe and Meridian programs and building of inspection packages.

  As level 3 IRATA Rope Access Supervisor at ExxonMobil Baytown, I oversaw various rope access activities. Installed UT ports, removed & installed insulation for CUI inspection, obtained UT data and provided site manager with daily NDT reports.

• As level 3 IRATA Rope Access Supervisor at Valero Port Arthur, I managed CUI and baseline work for Rope Access. Among tasks that I performed were the installation of UT ports, removing & installation of insulation for CUI inspection. Provided site manager with daily progress reports, performed quarterly inspection on all rope gear and kept inventory of materials and other pertinent tools.
• Upon completion of the project at Valero Port Arthur, I was put in charge of an RTR job at Flint Hills Houston where our crew performed RTR on over 2,500 ft of piping all via Rope Access. Provided unit inspectors with daily field reports and time sheets.

• As a level 1 IRATA Rope Access Tech, I performed various tasks that ranged from the removal & installation of insulation, NDE (API) inspection at Westlake Chemical and performing X-Rays at ExxonMobil Baytown & Beaumont, Lyondell Chanellview, Shell Norco.
• By obtaining my 40 hour Radiation Safety certification, I was able to assist Radiographers in taking profile X-rays on ground and via rope access.
• I also gained over 1000 on the job hours in ultrasonic thickness testing.
• Obtained my NCCER in Industrial Insulation.
• Worked directly with Alliance Phillips 66 Maintenance Manager in Belle Chasse, Louisiana to perform a CUI job that included the removal of 150' of insulation and performed visual inspections on the line.
• Inspected and updated all required materials needed for a project at PRSI in Pasadena, TX where we would perform rope access in order buff and grind the head of a vessel in order for our API to perform his inspections 
• Supported Rope Access Mechanical Operations Manager with daily operational functions while on call out jobs.

• As the scaffold general foreman, I was assigned to the Purity Ethane Project at Chevron Cedar Bayou to provide scaffold support for S&B Engineers.
• With my planning and experience, we were able to turn a $150,000 contract into a $675,000 scaffolding project.
• My duties included holding daily safety meetings with our scaffolding crew, assigning lead-men their daily tasks, provide the customer with accurate scaffold logs along with their monthly billing report.
• I worked directly with operations to obtain permits associated with various tasks including confined space and general work permits.

• Completed tear-down of existing structures and prepared for new construction.

• As a scaffold supervisor during the OP 3 Turnaround at Shell Deer Park, my responsibilities included but not limited to the following
• Completed tear-down of existing scaffolds and prepared for new construction.

• As a working scaffold builder foreman / supervisor, held daily safety meetings, obtained permits, submitted timesheets.
• I took the initiative to produce work accurately and on time.

• As Scaffold supervisor at Chevron Cedar Bayou my duties included supervising a crew of up to 10 scaffold builders during turnaround at Chevron Cedar Bayou.
• Tasks also included submitting timesheets and daily safety reports.
• Assigned to a different jobsite, the duties performed there were as follows: taking progress on insulation and paint at the FRAC 4 Project at Enterprise Chemical Plant.
• Create progress reports and insulation inventory Excel spreadsheets for the client.
• The use of ISO's and P&ID's were necessary to locate lines, give insulation and paint spec information to all foremen.

• Duties as a Scaffold General Foreman included providing scaffold and insulation support at various plants, such as a turnaround in San Miguel Power Plant in Christine, TX; CEMEX Concrete Plant and Guadalupe Power Plant.
• Meet daily with contractor and client to give daily progress on work being performed.
• Submitted timesheets on a weekly basis, held daily safety meetings with crew and submitted daily safety reports to client.

• As a working supervisor, responsible for running a crew of up to eight (8) people at a project at INEOSNOVA.
• Duties include but are not limited to: obtaining permits, estimating time and material projects, updating scaffolds, dealing first hand with operations, client and contractor.
• At times, assisted / worked with crew to promptly and accurately build scaffolds within a certain time frame.

• As a Supervisor overseeing the scaffold and insulation department for a project at OxyVinyls Deer Park, I was responsible for running crew, submitting timesheets, spreadsheets including inventory of material, and dealing directly with operations, clients and contractors.
• Other tasks include being responsible for running lump sum jobs, maintenance, and following through that all projects are completed in a timely manner.

• for up to 6 craftsmen, completed JSA's, held weekly safety meetings, obtained permits from operations, and always took the initiative to start the jobs.

• As a scaffold foreman at Lubrizol my responsibilities were but not limited to the following: Supervised daily work of a crew composed of 4 to 6 craftsmen, submitted timesheets in a timely manner, build sheets.
• I kept a list of material, inventory of scaffold material.
• While there, I was in charge of job at Lubrizol Chemicals.
• At times, I assisted builders in order to complete job within a reasonable time frame.

• Running crew of 20 co-workers, obtaining permits from Valero operations.
• Fill out JSA's, hold safety meetings on a daily basis (Spanish & English), and among other things conducted weekly safety audit (walk through) with safety representatives from Jacobs and Valero.
• Also became familiar with reading ISO's, P & ID's and Flow sheet diagrams.

• Scaffold Builder - Building, modifying, and dismantling scaffolds for Austin, Lyondell operations and Kellogg Brown & Root.
• Gained experience with all process equipment.
• Additionally, obtained permits from Lyondell operations completed and reviewed JSA's with crew.
• Completed tear-down of existing scaffolding and restocking of materials.

• At EMSI, I performed duties such as: Daily monitoring of emission leaks in valves, compressors, pumps and other process equipment.
• Worked with maintenance personnel in order for them to repair leaks and; therefore, became familiar with the process equipment.

• Performed various NDT methods at Dow Freeport via rope access per customer specs and maintained safe work environment daily.
• Performed visual and ultrasonic inspections at NRG power plant boiler and duct work, assisting API with reports.
