- Created and implemented the discipleship pathway at PCC and launched 10 discipleship groups that saw a third of the church family discipled in the Biblical Spiritual Disciplines.
- Implemented a youth group model that grew our youth ministry from 3 consistent students on a weekly basis to over 25 students and over 40 students on our monthly large events.
- Developed a 4 month volunteer leadership training course with syllabus for our Youth Group volunteers to enhance the youth ministry program. Currently, there are 11 individuals going through the course.
- Oversaw our Country Critters preschool and worked with our leaders to provide a more Biblical curriculum for the 3 and 4 year olds.
- Provided direction and coordination for over 16 volunteers in our children's church ministry (4yro-4th grade)
- Preached occasionally, assisted the lead pastor with weddings and funerals, and some counseling.
