Dancing, outdoor recreation, exercise, traveling, reading

I have always thought of dancing is like painting with your body, whereby you express emotions and stories through movement. Outdoor recreation is like connecting to nature's playground when hiking, or simply taking a stroll with my daughter for fresh air. I am an a quest of taking care of my body and mind and exercise gives me that, it makes me stronger, more energized. One of the many ways that have opened up my  worlds is through travelling, I get to experience new cultures, broaden my perspective and experiences while creating new lasting memories with my loved ones. Reading is like diving into different worlds, and gaining knowledge and insights along the way and it can sometimes seem or feel like an endless adventure. These hobbies among many others, they offer me so much joy and they enrich my life in more ways than one.
