I am very interested in the study of characteristics and psychological factors that influence the effectiveness of workgroups. This interest has led me to explore what opportunities at the college level and beyond pertain to how the science of individual and team behavior is applied in real world environments. I am also seeking to continue development of my creative thinking and leadership skills with the intent of eventually using these skills in the corporate workplace. I want to expand my critical skills, knowledge, and networking needed to make a meaningful impact in my career by helping organizations to create cultures that attract talent, drive engagement, impact happiness and satisfaction, and improve performance.
