• I focused on the development of a digital app for time registration and evaluation of the production process carried out by the company to evaluate the points of improvement. Therefore, I developed standardized work plans and a digital development of the shifts in which I made the transition of data that had been collected for years from physical to digital form, which was a work in which there was an exhaustive research. Additionally for the development of the app it was necessary to make an analysis of what was an average time to have a good record when it started to be used, so I did a big data collection with all the workers and performed a statistical analysis to take this data as a sample. On the other hand, having the client use the app in addition to our employees, I made a friendly interface that did not have access to all the features of the app to prevent the information from leaking but that nevertheless gave the client everything necessary to see changes in their business. The most challenging in the development of this process was the constant accompaniment and training to workers since in this sector, which is the cleaning sector, they are not accustomed to the use of technology or to such a comprehensive monitoring of their activities, however, with assertive communication and clear guidelines I took this process to success.
• I have been fortunate to participate in different projects in my time at SLB, the first one was the creation of a power app for tracking orders and times from one country to another, I developed all the code and relied on data taken from the logistics team to automate the calculations by tracking previous trips of specific products. This helped in a much faster order creation and a much more organized planning development. at the time I was part of business process improvement, this led me to share with experts in terms of logistics that guided me along the way to take it in the most effective way to success.
• Currently, during my time as a expeditor specialist, I am developing together with a supplier of the company a project of alignment of part numbers so that their identification is easier and this does not generate delays in the process. This is being done with internal company information and programs such as excel. What I am looking for is that from the creation of the order which is sent to the supplier is much easier to develop the process of recognition of the order. This makes my work more efficient and avoids delays that can cause inventory failures as well as production problems.
