• As Hotel Sales Manager, I was selected to represent the at the moment existing Horizontes Hotel Chain at tourism fairs and other sales events focusing mainly on the Canadian market. This task being developed both in Cuba and in Canada.
• The Hermes Yacht Repair Venture was a project about setting and developing of a Recreational Boats Maintenance Base and the foundation of a Surface Coatings and Paints Factory in Varadero and Cardenas, Cuba, respectively. In both lines of work, I had a participation in negotiations with investors and suppliers.
• I contributed to the opening and expansion of Varadero and other tourist centers in Cuba to the Czech market, both as an exclusive language guide at the beginning and later representing tour-operators from Czech Republic, such as Cedok, Eso Travel and Kentlucky in Cuba.
• At Celen Medical Group Corp., I contributed to the implementation of administrative processes that helped optimize the daily management of the office, solved operational problems that positively impacted patient satisfaction, and played a key role in the acquisition and retention of patients.
