Responsible for the daily administration of the SafeCare Program and Staff across all Riverside County Zones.

• Received Training from Georgia State University National SafeCare training & Research Center
• Become a Certified SafeCare Provider
• Conduct all intakes for Families referred to the program.
• Carry a caseload and coordinate the SafeCare Providers services to families while supporting client services that include culturally sensitive , trauma-informed care.
• Attend training and maintain all necessary certifications.
• Make routine personal visits with client families.
• investigate and be knowledgeable of community resources to support families.
• Organize and keep client files, including case and progress notes.
• Completion and submission of SafeCare Performance reports.
• Conduct Staff evaluations, including documenting information related to attendance, performance management, corrective action, claims of harassment or discrimination.
• Work closely with Social County Workers to ensure clients are understanding material/attending parenting sessions

Provided supervisory oversight of Community Resource Counselors. Provide case managers support as they provide direct services to Kin Care Families. General Responsibilities include:

• Supervision of Community Resource Counselors and Clinical support staff.
• Provide support and assist with support services and referrals as needed.
• Oversight of case planning for client families.
• Oversees the preparation of Monthly Narratives and other appropriate reports for program and grant requirements.
• Shares data and provides access to information about Kinship Care.
• provides oversite of case management, information, and referrals; organizes events; and facilitates support groups for Kinship families.
• Attend community events to promote Kin Care as requested.
• Developed brochures, newsletters, and flyers on program initiatives.
• Developed and administered monthly event budgets, delivering meaningful family activities and dinners that strengthened engagement for kinship families.
