I was responsible for making and catching the pizza from the oven. I would also open and close the restaurant. When I would open the restaurant, I would food prep and prepare the necessary items for the day. During closing, I would help in closing the food line, the catch area, the back of house, and the lobby.

• Streamlined the order-taking process to reduce wait times for customers, resulting in higher repeat business.
• Oversaw balancing of cash registers, reconciled transactions, and deposited establishment's earnings to bank.

I worked in either High ropes or Rock climbing, both utilized harnessing customers and ensuring their safety. In High ropes, I harnessed customers in 5-point harness and made sure everything was up to standard before sending them to the secondary person. In Rock climbing I harnessed the customers in a 2-point harness and made they were safe. Along with attaching/ detaching them to the desired attractions.

• Worked scheduled shifts and remained available to work during coworker absences, holidays, and busy periods.
• Developed strong customer service and product knowledge skills to enhance individual and team performance.

In charge of taking orders from in-person customers and on the phone. Along with periodically cleaning the lobby, and handing out the food to the customers. On occasion I closed and opened the restaurant.

• Operated cash register for cash, check, and credit card transactions with excellent accuracy levels.
