During my time at La Posada in Santa Fe, NM I was a server and food runner for orders made under room service. It is a large property so it required a lot of walking and fast paced work. As most servers are required I ensured that orders were taken correctly and taken to the customer in a timely manner. I helped setting up for morning shift and tear down after night shift.

While working with Stoneface I was able to befriend many repeat customers. At this sports bar I ensured customers orders were taken efficiently and delivered in a timely manner. I had to be knowledgeable of drinks on tap and memorize multiple drink orders at a time. The commute to Santa Fe was too far so unfortunately I had to resign.
