I have certifications in crisis intervention, CPR, field training, and POST. I am prepared to implement crisis intervention techniques in various settings. As a reliable detention officer, I have gained relevant experience in maintaining secure correctional facilities, monitoring inmate behavior, and ensuring adherence to established policies. I possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with inmates, colleagues, and supervisors. • Field Training Course March 2024 to Present Being the best version of oneself and managing another individual was the focus of this training. The course covered topics on communication skills and personality types and how to best train with the intent to produce strong and informed officers in the field.
