As a reinstatement specialist I handled repossessions and assisted customers on how to get back into their vehicle and reinstate their auto loan. I also communicated with different vendors to assist clients to provide clear expectations and guidelines for the reinstatement process and how to continue on their path to ownership.

My daily task as a Loan Advisor was to reach out to any customer that fell delinquent on their auto loan and educated the customers of the negative impacts from non-payments. I would review contracts and explain what interest rate they agreed to and how it was accruing daily and help find the customer solutions to get back on path to ownership of their vehicle. My strongest tactics involved negotiating and building value on the importance of good payment history.

My responsibility as a client coordinator was to schedule clients for the stylists and made sure to provide and assure excellent customer service. I also kept the salon maintained and organized as well as keeping the inventory up to date and fully stocked. To help the salon reach its sales goals, I promoted the products the salon offered to upsell any hair service they provided. Most of all I set a very positive tone and made every client feel at home.
