16 Years 5 Months- I moved to Australia from the UK in May 2009 and Started work with Crown Equipment.
- I have worked for Crown for over 16 years and have learned a variety of additional skills to complement the ones i had already attained in a garage environment.
- Started with Crown as a workshop/field service relief technician, quickly transitioned to full-time field service technician, leveraging customer service skills developed over years of experience to enhance client interactions. I spent nearly ten years working in and around the Hunter Valley mine sites repairing and servicing a variety of gas, diesel and electric forklifts.
- Learning how to diagnose complex systems electrical and hydraulic with the aid of diagnostic software, electrical and hydraulic schematics and a range of hand tools.
