  • Assist people with their vehicle needs. I walk the customer through the entire vehicle purchase process by conducting a customer interview to assess their needs and wants. I call, Text and email potential customers about our vehicles options to set appointments for them to come in and help them find the right vehicle. During my time at Lakeside i have averaged 15-18 vehicles sales per month. As Cac Manager I help all sales people with collecting stips and have them teach the customers how to get the stips we will need to get the deal approved( Bank Statements, Pay stubs, and proof of address) alot of customers dont know how to acess those things so we will show them on our computers how to get the stips we will need to get them approved. I submit all stips and get them pre approved before i go through the esign paperwork with the customer. Then I have them sign thier esign dec and submit that and the rd108 to cac for funding. I manage cac for lot slx for the last 5 years.

I would collect customer payments and counsel past due customer to come up with a plan to get their accounts paid in a timely manner to keep business long term. As a Sales Manager i would call customers every day for 30days that recently called in on products and services that we offer or untill they came in and rented from us. I would call customer that recently returned merchandise or paid it off to get them back on rent.
