• Operations manager for the JBI Spokane ramp overseeing two TMIIs and 34 drivers.

Coordinated JBI Portland special projects:

• Driver scheduling for T&E piloting the Find An Asset app.
• Main point of contact for Ecolab's complex hazmat freight.
• Designed a safety success tracker for drivers on probation and a PowerPoint deck for new MITs new to CVE/PC reviews.
• Assisted with California / Washington truck swap to ensure CARB compliance.
• Led Portland through a clean OSHA inspection & response, and updated ramp OSHA compliance procedures and documentation.
• Directed hazmat cleanup and documentation of significant fuel leak at the shop yard.
• Assisted in roll out of a new port-dray lane in market
• Implemented an expanded quarterly in-person safety training curriculum for Portland.

• Developed referral network for consistent generation and growth of referrals for clinic specialties: occupational therapy, speech therapy, and neuropsychological testing & assessment.
• Established contact between New Horizon executives and clinic referral network collaborations to promote quality assurance and care coordination.

• Under direction of OHSU chair & board members, expanded remote healthcare initiatives for houseless & recently homed individuals in conjunction with Transition Projects, Inc. Responsible for overseeing 4 administrative staff and daily clinic operations.

• Maintained community partnership between organizations for duration of the research study and continued longitudinal studies while overseeing a team of 4 graduate students and 2 undergraduate research assistants.

• Developed research model on the processes underlying the relation between disability and career outcomes, specifically for those who are deaf or hard-of-hearing.
