• Proper alignment of parts for welding and accurately apply adhesive before baking. Keeping 90% approved quality rating of line

Battery Pack

• Complete specified task to prepare battery pack casing of Model Y, Model S, and Model X vehicles before battery modules are inserted
• Applying adhesive to create airtight seal
• operating torque tools to secure bolts to Battery power control components.
• Keeping a consistent work flow
• Work with fellow associates to complete all manufacturing tasks
• maintain high quality output and clean work environment

Bussbar

• Complete Specified task to manufacture Teslas power converting component connecting battery to the drivetrain and internal system for Model 3, Model Y. Model S, and Model X
• checking all metal components for alignment defects and rubber for inconsistency defects before passing for use
• Proper use of hydraulic Press machine for consistent metal forming and shaping.
• Test all formed bars for proper conductivity meeting all quality specifications for car final assembly usage

• Select and prepare daily orders of commercial printer ink and electronic hardware components in warehouse
• Assemble ordered components for technician assembly
• Prepare electronics for for immediate first time use
• Secure assembled commercial electronics with safety straps in 25ft box truck for delivery
• Conduct deliveries with accurate route plan to service all clients in
