  • As the Program Manager for the Critical Infrastructure Intelligence Initiative (CI3), served as the primary strategic leader for a national-level intelligence sharing program operating in direct support of National Security Memorandum 22 (NSM-22). Directed complex interagency collaborations to bridge intelligence gaps between the U.S. Intelligence Community (IC) and stakeholders across all 16 critical infrastructure sectors. Builds and leverages security and resilience partnerships, relationships, and expertise across the interagency to further program and operational requirements. Plans and coordinates regular FSLC meetings at the Principal and Action Officer levels. Led comprehensive oversight of program planning, execution, and expansion, directly contributing to national security, cybersecurity posture, economic resilience, and threat mitigations. Coordinates efforts and facilitates the sharing of information with Federal, State, local and tribal agencies and private sector partners which identify various security and resilience best practices, processes, safety measures, and strategies for reducing risk to the nation's critical infrastructure. Participates in threat and programmatic briefings which focus on critical infrastructure protection.
  • Strategic Leadership & Interagency Coordination: Orchestrated seamless collaboration and intelligence sharing across major federal agencies, including CISA, DHS I&A, ODNI, and the FBI. Executed unified, cross-sector threat analysis and ensured actionable intelligence reached cleared critical infrastructure partners.
  • Program Expansion & Operational Management: Spearheaded the rapid strategic expansion of the CI3 program's national footprint within a 128-day timeframe. Successfully scaled operations across 76 decentralized hosting locations nationwide, significantly increasing accessibility for state, local, tribal, territorial (SLTT), and private sector partners, thereby fortifying regional situational awareness.
  • Intelligence Dissemination & Briefing Execution: Directed the formulation and delivery of high-level monthly classified threat briefings. Oversaw the dissemination of sensitive intelligence concerning foreign adversary cyber, physical, and economic activities, supply chain vulnerabilities, and threats to essential systems, including the U.S. transportation and energy grids.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Impact: Drove a increase in stakeholder participation by managing the logistical and strategic execution of secure briefings that reached over 500 virtual attendees per session. Demonstrated the program's value to national security by delivering actionable threat intelligence that enabled critical infrastructure owners and operators to implement targeted defensive countermeasures.
