• Inventory Management - I restructured our entire inventory for all of our equipment in-house and developed a formal way of checking in and out devices
• New Employee Training - Trained new employees to take over prior admin activity and had them shadow my day-to-day task

• Post sale support - Provided excellent customer service for refunds and uploaded new employee information into our database for payroll deduction option
