Justin Lafleur

I am an active listener and am always alert to what is going on around me. I am detail oriented and focused. I have developed exceptional interpersonal skills, helping people feel calm and comfortable. I am honest, open minded to new thoughts, changes and ideas. I am always willing to do what needs to be done. I accept challenges to better myself through my professional career. I want to extend my hand and my time and help others any way I can, as people have helped myself improve throughout my own life journey. Every day it is my goal to make a difference in someone's day. This is a large contributing motivation for me to pursue a career in the healthcare services sector, as I ultimately wish to develop in a career in which I can find fulfillment, which I have demonstrated while shadowing in Dr. Healey's office.

I attribute many of these developed skills and abilities to challenges that I have overcome in my lifetime, as well as the desire to promote changes in others, as I was capable to promote change within myself. I hope to continue developing professionally within my career to promote these changes within others.
