My position with the company was to control the register on certain days while making sure the men’s section was clean and neat. I would introduce coustomers and help them with any problems or questions they had. Days when I wasn’t on register I was putting stuff back aswell as making sure the section I was assigned was clean and good looking. I also helped roll out racks putting clothes in the right areas. At night we would put everything that needed to go back away and make sure the store was clean and ready for the morning crew. I won an employee of the month for closing while working there. I felt confident in the belief that I was one of the best employees there as I worked hard every day. I would pick up a ton of shifts a week getting a many hours as I could. The costumers loved me and had a lot of good words put in for me by them. I picked up a ton of shifts and tried getting as many hours as possible. I even picked up a whole 7 days in a row of shifts to work.
