• Come in at 5:30 a.m, and pull orders for our truck routes until 10 a.m.
• From 10:30 to 1p.m, receive and put away all frozen product.
• Make sure not to block any inventory that we may need to access.
• From 1:30 to 4p.m i would organize, clean and get space ready in the freezer. This process would prepare my freezer for more product coming in. This helped me keep it to where i was ahead of the game and ready for any products coming in.
• Every friday i would do an inventory check of all nital brand products.
• A few times a week i would load our containers for export with the forklift, pinwheeling the pallets if necessary.
• Organize all of our pallets, stacking and wrapping the bad ones so our crew would know not to touch them.
• Overall i would stay busy, and keep my workspace organized.

• Organize the work area and check for potential hazards
• Make sure the workers were being safe, and using the equipment properly.

• My little brother owns this company and it was just a part time gig until i landed the manager job with Lotts Concrete.

• Come in at 4a.m and load our trucks with the orders pulled the day before.
• Receive any incoming products.
• Order inventory daily through the program "Sage" from our main production warehouse in Orlando Florida, depending on which items were needed to fufill our orders for each day throughout the week.
• Deal with all of our drivers and make sure their trucks were in good condition.
• If there were any problems with our trucks i would coordinate with the company we used for mechanical issues and make sure the problem was handled. If there were any issues with our forklifts i would contact Sunbelt and make sure the problems were taken care of that day if possible.
• Load a flatbed, export container to be shipped to the Cayman islands once a week. I would do a complete inventory check every friday.
• Helped the company get back big customer accounts that they lost, with great customer service, no mistakes and no broken pieces in their orders.
• Made deliveries in a 27 ft flatbed when necessary
• Fixed broken pallets to help save $.
• Coordinated with zephyrhills about our water refill deliveries.
• Coordinated with the trailer office rental company whenever our office needed something fixed.

• Pull orders made up of lentils and rebar.
• Drive water truck to keep dust down.

• Keep a count on all lentils produced daily and have production workers sign off on the amount of lentils made that day.
• Move all fresh lentils with forklift from production area to inventory.
• Drive 27 ft flatbed to our retail yard a mile away whenever they needed a refill on any items.
• Load flatbed trailer for export every couple weeks to the Cayman Islands.
• Load up custom orders going out of state to Georgia.
• Cut edges off broken lentils to help the company save money. This was not mandatory, i would volunteer.
• Organize all lentils by size starting from 3'6 and going all the way up to 24 ft.
• Inventory check every friday.

• Produce instrumentals for all genres with the program abelton.
• Engineer for artists, meaning mixing and mastering their songs using Pro tools. (getting the songs radio ready)
• Email potential clients
• Record artists live in my studio.
• Use social media for advertising and to find potential customers.
• Go to networking events to promote my brand.

• Load and unload all trucks on the forklift.
• Receive all incoming product.
• Check all outgoing product.
• Rework Winn transports cross country trucks.
• Load all export containers by forklift.
• Unload all incoming containers by forklift, sometimes by hand if necessary.
• Sign in and sign out all containers.
• Keep freezer organized to maximize space .
• Keep dock area organized.
• Make sure our employees were staying busy.
