I can efficiently write collision, hail, comprehensive and mechanical estimates with low or high severity accurately. I'm highly trained and experienced with CCC1 and have used Mitchell and Audatex at times as well. I've trained multiple estimators over the various years for Gerber and can continue to offer my expertise to other colleagues if needed. My daily tasks consist of writing estimates, reconciling files, communicating efficiently with customers and insurance companies, completing repair plans with technicians, vehicle production, ordering parts and ensuring vehicles move in and out of the shop with minimal interruptions.
