- For this job many things I do for this is team leading and guiding my team to make objectives happen. Mainly running shifts and showing crew members how to adapt to the workplace and work environment. Assigning different tasks to crewmembers and making sure things are being done in an orderly fashion and correctly to make the day as smooth as possible. More things under this title is cash handling and counting safe money along with register tills, customer interaction and problem solving skills involving phone calls and order mistakes, doing store orders and making phone calls for ordering produce, last thing is also putting that said freight away when the day comes. Always making sure things are properly rotated and used correctly, training the people I work with to do the exact same in my footsteps.

- This job offered me what it is like to have a completely opposite schedule than what I have been used to and showed me how to be organized and put away freight quickly in an orderly fashioned way. This job showed me how to use many tools I have never got to use before and I caught on very quickly, started to become one of their best workers they have hired in a long time. Not only did I do freight, moving pallets, putting overstock away. I also was able to do freezer/cooler freight along with the produce section of it too. I have very good experience and good expectations of what is to come when throwing freight along with keeping items/food fresh to my best ability. I am very used to hauling very heavy pallets and putting heavy boxes away with no problems.

- As a crewmember here I was shown how to do cash handling, restocking, and keeping my work areas clean and clear. I had countless opportunities to make sure I work well in a fast paced work environment without panicking, keeping everything calm in sometimes hectic situations. This job also provided me with customer service experience and making sure guests are satisfied with their stay. Cleaning tasks were also handled here, deck scrubbing and just making sure everything stays clean and tidy one hundred percent of the time.
