Windows 10 company wide upgrade, 01/2021, 09/2022, Co-managed the companywide upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10 which included new hardware for all end users in HQ and Appleton plant. Help Desk redesign, 08/2021, 09/2022, Help desk redesign due to offshore 24/7 help desk elimination. Co-managed the redesign process including analyzing current work flows, meeting with our business partners to understand their needs, building, testing and implementing new workflows. Assisted in creating new company wide policies and procedures along with detailed SOP guides. Managed Exchange migration to the Cloud, 01/2021, 09/2021, Scheduled and communicated end user mailbox migration. Designed and converted Outlook public folders to shared mailboxes.
