While in high school I was in Junior ROTC, which taught me the importance of working with a group of people with different personalities and when to take action and be a leader or step down and let someone with stronger leadership knowledge take control. I was also in theater class and after school program where I ran the back of house as a back of house manager. Took control of any issues that my have arose, including but not limited to disagreement between actors and back of house techs, outfits, lights, etc… not working or being unusable do to inconvenience. I also learned great communication skills when working with my colleagues and selling and or greeting viewers.
