I am a full time employee for the Colfax Fareway Store. I am an employee that works in multiple sections of the store. I help order products and run through inventory. I also will work upfront on the registers when needed, and I am always making sure our customers are satisfied with their shopping experience.

I put effort into helping management with employees including making sure they have all the supplies necessary to do their job, and being able to step in if they need assistance. I also help in making sure employees are doing their job correctly, and if not I can appropriately confront the situation and make sure it is handled.

I deal a lot in customer service and can handle moments where a customer may not be satisfied with their shopping experience. I can deal with angry customers and listen to them voice their issues. I will always try my best to make sure a customer will walk out of our store with no complaints.

I have cash handling experience and can count back correct change. I count down drawers at the end of an employees shift. I also can handle the deposit and safe at the end of the day when needed.
