Summary

I am excited to apply for the position. With years of experience in the field, I have developed a strong passion for helping young individuals navigate their mental health challenges and providing them with the support they need's am very interested in the Care Coordinator position. I have worked for FCC and have learned many things from the training and related experience and am currently looking for new opportunities. During my time at Family Caring Center as a PSR TECH, I was responsible for peer interaction and ensuring that each individual received personalized attention and support. My skills in behavioral management enabled me to effectively interact with my clients, understanding their needs and tailoring lesson plans accordingly. By offering emotional support and actively listening to their concerns, I was able to create a safe space where they could feel comfortable expressing themselves.

One achievement that stands out is an initiative I spearheaded within our center aimed at promoting positive communication among peers. Through effective leadership and planning, I implemented regular lessons focused on enhancing social skills, conflict resolution, and self-expression. As a practical and a hard-working individual, my background reflects a healthy history of delivering per expectations and making significant contributions towards goals.
