Accomplishments

  • PSS cutover from Sabre to Amadeus, I traveled to Nice to assist in putting the training guide together. Worked closely with the Amadeus Trainer and my Sr Manager to set up the best training for the agents.
  • Spent 3 weeks in Manila at cutover as an SME.
  • Helped set up a pop up call center when Covid hit. The pop up call center was at HDQ and the agents were prior reservation agents. I was able to assist with conducting short training/review session with these agents prior to taking phone calls. I was a floor walker during the phone time as an SME for reservations and answering questions.
  • Collaborated with the team in the testsing of several new routes. Test scripts for reservations had to be made with different scenarios. This included new routes to: MCO, AUS, FUK, RAR, SLC to name a few. I also assisted with the testing for the SEA-NRT route.
