Accomplishments
PSS cutover from Sabre to Amadeus, I traveled to Nice to assist in putting the training guide together. Worked closely with the Amadeus Trainer and my Sr Manager to set up the best training for the agents.
Spent 3 weeks in Manila at cutover as an SME.
Helped set up a pop up call center when Covid hit. The pop up call center was at HDQ and the agents were prior reservation agents. I was able to assist with conducting short training/review session with these agents prior to taking phone calls. I was a floor walker during the phone time as an SME for reservations and answering questions.
Collaborated with the team in the testsing of several new routes. Test scripts for reservations had to be made with different scenarios. This included new routes to: MCO, AUS, FUK, RAR, SLC to name a few. I also assisted with the testing for the SEA-NRT route.
