- Fit base plates to the first section of the vessel, and weld it out.
- Fit that first section to the rest of the vessel, welded the outside horizontal seams using sub-arc welding.
- Installed all attachments for the vessel, such as the ones listed in the first bulletin.
- Welded out the rest of the vessel using hard wire MIG on the spray transfer setting, assuring it passed X-ray and hydro tests.
- The test was 1G, 2G, and 3G in-house bend test.
- demonstrated in training how to get 100% fusion on the toes of the weld when stacking multiple passes.
