I am a determined and curious pre-grad who is always more than willing to learn new skills and help those who ask. There has never been a task too big or too small for me to complete, the only difference is the time that it takes me. I am incredibly adept at handling professional interpersonal relationships between coworkers as well as recurring customers/visitors. This is helped by my prowess in public speaking, which is my best skill because it informs the rest of what I do and how I perform.
I've been successfully handling basic cashier duties for the past three years which include operating a POS while maintaining cash-draw accuracy and monitoring cash limits, as well as handling credit card applications and payments for customers. I also have an abundance of experience in customer service which include, resolving customer complaints, inquiries, both over the phone and in person as well as completing online/in store returns and exchanges in a timely manner. I am also cross trained in every department the store has to offer, not just the front end (ie; bakery, cafe, gas station, merchandising floor, etc.).
Assisted students with science assignments and reading activities, fostering comprehension and engagement.
I handled basic cashier duties, which included completing returns and exchanges for customers, as well as assisting in the pulling of the cash register at the end of each closing shift. I also stocked merchandise whilst having extensive knowledge of the store and its several departments, which included skills like price tagging, product placement, price adjustments, etc.
Managed front desk operations by answering phones, scheduling appointments, taking messages, and filing paid invoices.
