When hourly production employees needed, worked with supervisor to get onboard or termination when needed. The hourly force had occasional manpower moves (shifting employees from 1 shift to another because of demand for product) posted openings or position eliminated, and worked with supervisor to move employees around per employees selections of jobs.

Facilitated transition during Bayer Healthcare's sale to Ascensia in January 2016. I continued my position till I decided to retire because the company wasn't organized yet and I wasn't guaranteed my position in this new company.
