I am responsible for ensuring that HelloFresh boxes are prepared with the utmost care and attention to detail. My main responsibilities include portioning fresh ingredients, printing and applying labels, packing meal kits and boxes, setting up workstations, and ensuring all work areas are safe, organized, clean and sanitized. Other tasks as assigned.

I was responsible for outbound and inbound calls, collecting on accounts that were 60 days and up past due. I also provided top tier support and service to our customers.

I worked in a fast paced, call center environment, assisting consumers with resolving outstanding financial obligations, while using a customer-friendly approach. I also worked on inbound and outbound calls.

I served customers by providing all necessary service and product information. I resolved service and product problems and I ensured customer satisfaction and pleasant user experience.
