In addition to my Executive Secretary position, I also temporarily took on the responsibilities of the Executive Assistant when she retired. Those duties included coordinating press conferences, sending press releases to media, writing Commendations for local businesses and residents on their achievements. I also took on the responsibility of Special Events. Coordinating logistic meetings with the organizers and city of Easton Departments to ensure a great turnout for everyone.

When receiving a residents complaint, I personally took ownership and made sure there was a satisfactory resolution.
