OHR3 – Talent Management - Promotions

• Subject matter expert, provide guidance to employees and management on promotion-related inquiries.
• Lead full performance and senior/expert promotion panels from planning, logistics, execution, and evaluation.
• Independently interpret policies and regulations to take appropriate action in response to issues/questions, ranging from routine to complex.
• Review, analyze, and facilitate all Talent Development training materials to reflect fiscal year program changes.
• Ability to teach in a variety of modalities, such as in-person training and synchronous group online training.
• Brief, bi-weekly TMS promotions to new hires at Touchstone and host CDO panel.
• Create action plans to improve promotion panels and talent development training to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

OHR3 - Talent Acquisition Division

• Support the OHR3 Recruitment and Internship Programs Branch in the management and execution of the Sumer Internship Program.
• Collaborate with Summer Internship Team to gain working knowledge of the SIP administrative functions, communications and customer support initiatives for interns and all DIA stakeholders.
• Perform Human Resources specialist duties to include PAR’s, OPF submissions, pre-employment docs management, midpoint and final evaluations collection, intern events central mailbox management, and SIP Hiring Event activities.

OHR4 – Policy and Programs Division

American Rescue Plan Act 2021 (COVID-19 Emergency Paid Leave (EPL))

• Managed the Emergency Paid Leave Program.
• Reviewed, interpreted, and processed EPL requests within 48 hours of receipt and ensure all steps within the process were at least 95% accurate until completion and responding to all customer inquiries within 24 hours of receipt.
• Processed 400+ applications for a total of 10,000+ employee hours. The Office of Personnel Management reimbursed 100% of the requested funds.
• Assisted teammates daily with tasks and unresolved taskings.
• Monitored work life customer inquiries
• Coordinate with program managers to respond to customer inquiries within 24 hrs.
• Assisted providing responses for sensitive and classified task across all work-life programs.
• Provide weekly recommendations on best practices for improving effectiveness and efficacy of work-life and wellness programs.
• Review at one work-life relevant policy, guide, standard documentation for accuracy, comprehension, and completeness.
