Coordinating formal evaluations of PST Staff and Fellow performance
Build and maintain strong partnerships with school site leadership and staff over the course of the program.
Establish and reinforce a culture of achievement that drives Fellows to ensure that all students achieve at high levels through all interactions with Fellows and PST team members.
Identify and act on trends in Fellow performance by using data to identify trends in teacher performance for individuals, groups and the entire cohort.
Monitor and give feedback on development steps identified by coaches to ensure they improve Fellow performance.
Observe and give feedback on session facilitation to ensure skill-building sessions improve Fellow performance. Lead and/or support facilitation of skill-building sessions.
Work with the leadership team to implement interventions for struggling Fellows.
Oversee set-up, operations, and logistics at the Field Experience site.
