Summary

Skilled agricultural analyst and credit manager with demonstrated operations, team and financial management abilities. Assisted in the development and maintenance of agriculture templates to analyze annual production while also stressing pricing and yields. Analyzed, structured, and approved loan requests, primarily agriculture related. Comply with internal loan policy, federal/state regulations, and complete annual required testing.

I grew up on a family farm located in central Illinois. My grandparents and uncles row crop (corn/bean) approximately 2,000 acres. My father was a bank branch manager. I studied Accounting in college, with the intention of becoming a CPA. Life took me in a different direction. I did receive my degree and worked for an accounting firm for three years, preparing financial statements, processing payrolls, and completing tax returns. I was offered a position at a local bank, offering me an opportunity to take a less stressful position while learning something new. It was the best move I ever made. As seen in my resume, I've enhanced my skillset over the years and advanced to the position I have today. I'm grateful to Morton Community Bank for all of the opportunities they have given me. I'm currently entertaining opportunities that offer more flexibility in work location.
