• Hi, as a receptionist I am part of the clients 1st encounter with our animal hospital. I take pride in being apart the 1st and last encounter with us. We can ensure that the client is satisfied from start to finish. My job duties include anything from answering phones and greeting clients to filing insurance claims to doing anything needed from me as an employee. I take pride in my work ethic and attendance.

• I work at one of the top animal Emergency Hospitals for animals in Wisconsin. On any given day I :
• Do patient TPRs( obtaining pt. heart rate, mm/crt, rr, blood pressure, temp, taking out to potty, feeding)
• Place I.V Catheters
• Draw blood
• Assist technicians with taking care of critical patients
• Assist in taking x-rays
• Help maintain cleanliness in hospital
• Help with codes
• Set up patient fluids
• ISO clean our isolation ward and deep clean exam rooms when needed
• We practice some "fear free" methods
• Have experience dealing with fractious/ fearful/ aggressive animals

My job duties:

• Handle customer concerns or complaints
• lead the time & make sure everything that needs to be done for the shift is done
• help with scheduling
• receive and place orders for our location
