Develop scripts, prepare locations, film, edit and finalize video projects for internal and external purposes.
Manage 5-6 communication websites simultaneously and search for new communication styles that reach all corners of the company while providing external support.
Project manage communications internally, developing relationships with other departments. Collaborate with internal teams to organize and maintain workflow in various projects such as photo shoots, video projects, employee recognition, benefits and more.
Responsibilities include supervision. Advise, train, coach, and review work to ensure work is of high quality, meets deadlines and reflects Promega voice, tone and brand.
Create inventive and compelling presentations, videos, signs, brochures and more with PowerPoint, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.
Communicate with global employees and present their contributions to the company in meaningful ways via video, presentations, company meetings and more.
Maintain and update department equipment related to video, audio and broadcasting abilities. Search for ways to continuously improve our technology both on campus and virtually.
