Loaded and organized large and heavy shipment boxes into categorized storage shelves and made daily trips to the basement to restock inventory and monitor supplies. Filled displays, scooped large buckets of ice for lemonade preparation, mopped floors, cleaned dishes, and made ice cream from scratch using large production equipment.
Trained new employees while serving 100+ customers daily in a fast-paced environment. Operated registers and processed transactions, opened and closed shifts, answered questions about ingredients, allergens, and product labels, and prepared treats and drinks. Rotated products in displays for freshness, washed tables, and maintained a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
