• Provide Human Resources support across the Northeast Tennessee region, serving 14 counties
• Promote employee engagement and workplace wellbeing through initiatives such as the Emotional Wellbeing Solutions Program and employee recognition programs while serving as a trusted resource for staff
• Serve as Agency Benefit Coordinator, managing benefit enrollments for new hires, qualifying life events, and annual open enrollment
• Support the full recruitment cycle, including posting internal and external job announcements, proctoring assessments, scheduling interviews, and participating on interview panel
• Represent the agency at job fairs and recruiting events to attract qualified candidates
• Facilitate onboarding for new hires across 8 counties and coordinate offboarding processes for 14 counties, ensuring compliance with agency policies
• Assist with employee timekeeping management, including report generation, corrections, and payroll-related adjustments
• Conduct salary research and develop comparison analyses to support fair and competitive compensation offers
• Collaborate with state departments, including STS, to support smooth employee transitions and maintain operational continuity
