• Coached and managed the safety of 200+ youth sailors in highly regarded Lake Michigan summer sailing program.
• Designed and implemented curriculum to enhance learning outcomes in beginning sailing courses.
• Collaborated with an elite team of instructors to deliver high-quality training programs.

• Competed at the highest levels in the Intercollegiate Sailing Association (ICSA), training 15-20 hours weekly while managing full academic load.
• Led team to national-level success, placing 6th in Women’s Fleet Racing Nationals and 7th in Women’s Team Racing Nationals.
