• Updated all existing Standard Training Outlines (STO's} and created needed STO's to enhance new hire training and engagement.

• Developed standards for coffee break operations, management offices, and outside areas and ensure standards are met daily.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings utilizing break reports and oversee coffee break operations at times when the captain may be absent.
• Conduct monthly inventory of coffee break storerooms.
• Ensure the coffee break stations are set and maintained during hours of operation.
• Collaborate with team members to improve overall service quality and guest experience.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by maintaining open communications with team members and supervisors.
