• Produce rate level indications and provide rate recommendations to the Product Manager

• Delegate and assign tasks, such as quarterly indications or assigned state revisions to the analysts that report to me
• Communicate indication/trend results to the Product Manager
• Collaborate with various other teams, such as IT and R&D to ensure that the state specific revision model is being implemented correctly
• Take part in communications in which Sales, Claims and Product all give updates on progress in the state
