  • My daily duties were greeting all customers with a smile, sales support, (included helping customers with making decisions when we were short staffed, being the only accountant at this location to help with majority of accounts payables and finance options, I was solely responsible for making sure the daily deposits added up in cash/credit card/ checks/ and financed

  • As a service coordinator for this company my responsibilities were to schedule out two days before leaving
  • Scheduling caregivers on cases consisted of making sure the caregivers were able to care for the clients based off the level of training-experience the caregivers had and the client’s care
  • I was also responsible for over100 cases of my own
  • I was basically a social worker for all of my cases
  • My responsibilities were to keep in contact with the client’s guardian to be sure everything was going well with the caregiver and if there were any changes in the level of care, schedule, or etc
  • I was responsible for being sure that I reported any Issues that occurred
  • Reporting consisted of filing the proper paperwork and bringing the caregivers in to have a meeting about the Issue
  • In some cases, I have had to terminate caregivers with my supervisor present
  • Coordinating also consisted of a lot of data entry, adjusting payroll-pay rates
  • Since I started off as a caregiver
  • I would sometimes leave office and go and work a shift that we needed staffed Immediately or couldn’t staff before our shift was over
