Kayla Cone

I started with Wyndham as an Entry Level Marketer. My job was to greet guests, build rapport, get them committed to a presentation with our sales department, and consistently perform above a certain percentage. This position taught me how to handle rejection and read people. In April 2021 I was promoted to Senior Marketer. This new level allowed me to work closer with my manager, more creatively on the business side, and lead entry level marketers to their success. In October 2021 I was promoted to Supervisor, where I was given the full responsibility of running my own site. I interviewed, hired, trained, and retained my own team. I made the schedules, worked with excel, and partnered with business operations and resort operations. Due to the success of my team, I was promoted to Regional Marketing Manager in 2023, which rewarded me the responsibility of two more sites. By the end of my career I had two supervisors (that I trained and promoted), two Senior Marketers, and eight Entry Level Agents.

From 2005-2019 I held bartending jobs and was a licensed massage therapist.
