High school National honor society
I was in NHS for my junior and senior year of high school. For each of those years, I had to compete 25 hours (50+ in total) of community service through various events. In addition, I also had to lead two projects which included coming up with an idea, getting it approved, making announcements to my team, collecting volunteers, and hosting the event. It gave me the opportunity to work with so many different people of all ages and backgrounds.
