Kaylee Brown

While working at a restaurant, I developed a keen ability to identify issues that were negatively impacting the business. I observed inefficiencies in management's decision-making and employee practices, such as poor communication, inconsistent customer service, and mismanaged inventory. Recognizing these problems helped me understand how such factors put the company's profitability and reputation at risk. By analyzing these issues, I learned to approach problem-solving with a focus on improving operations and ensuring long-term success. My experience with technology and POS systems streamlined operations, fostering team efficiency and customer engagement without compromising service quality. I currently attend Coles College of Business, one of the top business schools in the country, known for its strong academic programs and commitment to developing future business leaders. The college's focus on real-world experience and innovative learning has been instrumental in shaping my business education. Being a student-athlete while maintaining a strong GPA demonstrates discipline, time management, and resilience—qualities that are highly valued by future employers. Balancing academics and athletics shows my ability to excel under pressure, which will be crucial for achieving success in my career.
